The Role As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you ll:
- Conduct internal and external stock condition surveys on the Estate.
- Record and update condition data accurately using handheld software.
- Identify required repairs, component lifecycles, and any defect issues.
- Provide clear and concise reports to inform asset management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements.
- Liaise with members of staff in a courteous manner.
You To be successful in the role of Stock Condition Surveyor, you ll bring:
- Proven experience conducting stock condition surveys (either in housing or commercial).
- Strong understanding of defect issues.
- Proficiency in using asset management or survey software.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
