The Role
As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you ll:

• Conduct internal and external stock condition surveys on the Estate.
• Record and update condition data accurately using handheld software.
• Identify required repairs, component lifecycles, and any defect issues.
• Provide clear and concise reports to inform asset management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements.
• Liaise with members of staff in a courteous manner.

You
To be successful in the role of Stock Condition Surveyor, you ll bring:

• Proven experience conducting stock condition surveys (either in housing or commercial).
• Strong understanding of defect issues.
• Proficiency in using asset management or survey software.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
