Registered Building Inspector ( Class 2F or 2E)

Location: Yorkshire (Hybrid working)
Contract: 6 months +
Day Rate: 75hr - 90hr(Inside IR35)

Panoramic Associates is recruiting experienced Registered Building Inspectors for interim opportunities with a progressive Local Authority in Yorkshire.

Join a high-performing Building Control team working across an exciting mix of residential and commercial projects from new builds and conversions to complex regulatory compliance cases.

• Conducting statutory building control inspections across residential and commercial developments
• Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and BSR (Building Safety Regulator) requirements
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and structural calculations
• Liaising with developers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders
• Processing applications and issuing completion certificates
• Contributing to a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence

• Class 2F Registered Building Inspector status (current registration required)
• Proven site inspection experience across varied building types
• Strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and BSR requirements
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
