Site Manager

Ivy Resource Group are currently working with a well-established, family-run contractor who are looking to appoint a permanent Site Manager to join their team on residential projects in the Warwick area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business known for its supportive culture and more relaxed, personable working environment compared to larger PLC contractors.

The Role:

• Managing day-to-day site operations on residential developments

• Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high quality

• Maintaining strong communication with the wider project team

• Upholding health & safety and site compliance standards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential schemes

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Hands-on, proactive, and quality-driven approach

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
