Site Manager

We are working with a well-established contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee their housing projects across South Wales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in residential construction, managing sites efficiently and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities for housing developments

• Lead and supervise subcontractors and site teams

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Monitor programme, quality, and cost control

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth project delivery

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential / housing projects

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management abilities

• Knowledge of H&S regulations, site inspections, and building standards

• Able to travel to multiple sites across South Wales
