Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a well-established contractor seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team across South Wales. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in housing projects, with a proven ability to manage costs, contracts, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation

• Managing commercial aspects of housing developments

• Monitoring budgets, cash flows, and variations

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and consultants

• Ensuring compliance with contracts and relevant legislation

• Contributing to efficient project delivery and risk management

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on residential / housing schemes

• Strong knowledge of commercial processes and contract administration

• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills

• Able to work across multiple sites in South Wales
