• Are you a construction site manager with modular building experience?
• Are you available for 4 weeks work in February 2026?

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a number of short-term modular building projects across our sites.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone used to working in fast-paced environments and delivering high-quality modular builds on tight programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Maintaining site records and compliance documentation
• Liaising with project managers and clients

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in modular building projects
• Valid CSCS card
• SMSTS qualification
• First Aid at Work certificate
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures
• Ability to manage short-term, fast-turnaround projects
