Location: Kent (with travel to sites as required)
Salary: 33,000 - 37,000 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Landscape Gardener to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is confident running landscaping projects from start to finish.
You will be responsible for delivering domestic and commercial landscaping projects to a high standard, leading work on site, liaising with clients, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out hard and soft landscaping works to a high standard
Run landscaping projects on site, from preparation through to completion
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Lead and motivate other team members on site
Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
Operate landscaping machinery and tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional site at all times
Identify and solve problems on site proactively
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a skilled landscape gardener (minimum 5 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of hard landscaping (paving, fencing, decking, brickwork, groundworks)
Good understanding of soft landscaping (turfing, planting, soil preparation)
Experience running or leading projects on site
Ability to work from plans and specifications
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and client-focused
Desirable (but not essential)
