Environment Housing Maintenance

The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. This contract will consist of Care Home s or social housing properties on a void and responsive basis. Property maintenance works, Carpentry, Wet Trades, Plumbing.

The Role

• Multi Trade- Carpentry biased or wet trades biased.
• Receive & complete works via PDA device
• Work safely in accordance with H&S
• Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving
  

Skills & Experience

• Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
