Salary: Up to £60k DOE + Package

We have an opportunity for a Land Buyer/ Manager to join a well-established developer/ contractor based in Maidstone.

Position Overview

• Actively seeking land opportunities
• Overseeing negotiations and evaluating development potential and site feasibility
• Preparing offers for submission
• Preparing land purchase approval packs for submission to the board
• Attend land meetings and update the wider business teams
• Circulating new site briefing notes

Position Requirements

• Have worked within a similar position
• Experience working for a housing developer
• A positive attitude with a proactive mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
