Quantity Surveyor

Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established and growing contractor who are looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Trainee Quantity Surveyor, or Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early or developing stage of their QS career who is keen to progress, learn, and build long-term relationships within the construction industry.

• Supporting the commercial team across live projects

• Assisting with cost control, valuations, and financial reporting

• Working closely with subcontractors and internal teams

• Helping to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and supply chain partners

• Exposure to tendering and procurement activities

• Assistant, Trainee, or Quantity Surveyor background

• Able to commute to Hartley Wintney

• Forward-facing, personable, and confident in building relationships

• Eager to learn and progress within a commercial role

• Subcontract carpentry tendering knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential

• Salary up to 60,000, dependent on experience
