A leading UK healthcare infrastructure provider is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across mobile and modular medical facilities supporting NHS and private healthcare clients nationwide.

As a Maintenance Manager you will:

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Lead and develop the maintenance team
• Oversee subcontractors, compliance and site inspections
• Review audits and implement corrective actions
• Support clinical and project teams to minimise disruption to patient care
• Manage maintenance budgets and out-of-hours emergency response

• Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance management
• IOSH qualified (essential)
• Healthcare, facilities management, modular or mobile environment experience (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and MEP/building services
• Proven leadership, subcontractor and budget management experience
