Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer/Handyman

MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER/HANDYMAN

Nouvo Recruitment are supporting an organisation who are looking to recruit a strong Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of working as Maintenance Engineer and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carpentry to include door hanging
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Basic plumbing and electrical works
• Painting and decorating
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water flushing / temp checks logs
• Boosted water pumps
• Attending Client meeting
• General PPMs
• Control of sub-contractors
• Permit to work system
• Maintaining Site logbooks
