Mobile Cleaning Technician

We are looking for a Mobile Cleaner required to work with a leading midlands based Housing Association based in Hereford.

My client requires an experienced mobile cleaner to work on a long term temporary contract.

-Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, and graffiti removal
-Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
-Cleaning communal areas in housing schemes
-Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
-Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
-Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
-Support when no lone working is required
-Carry out sharps sweeps
-Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required.

Job details:

Start date: As soon as candidate is available
Location: Hereford and surrounding region
Duration: 6 months plus
Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday 07.00-15.30
Pay rate: 14.10 per hour

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience
MUST HAVE Full UK driving license
Good communication skills
