Project Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager for long-term temp to perm work across the North region. Projects include warehouses, offices, and industrial fit-outs.
Retail fit-out experience alone will not be accepted.

Start date: January / February

• Lead commercial build & fit-out projects from start to completion

• Manage trades, subcontractors, quality, and H&S

• Work to deadlines that can change at short notice

• Coordinate multiple live sites for a major Northern contractor

• Strong commercial build/fit-out background

• Ability to handle pressured timelines

• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid

• Full driving licence

• Temp to Perm

• Company van included
