About You The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering successful bids within the construction or civil engineering sector and possess excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, persuasive submissions. You'll also have A minimum of five years' experience producing high-quality PQQs, tenders and bid submissions within construction or civil engineering. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
