Vision Personnel are seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to join a growing Fit-Out company based in Essex.
The Assistant Commercial Manager supports the commercial function by assisting with contract management, pricing, customer relationships, financial analysis, and commercial governance. This role helps ensure the business maximises revenue, manages risk effectively, and delivers strong commercial outcomes across projects and client accounts.
The ideal candidate would be ambitious, energetic, and confident in client facing and come from a background of either quantity surveying or estimation with a minimum of 7 years experience within the construction industry.
