Quantity Surveyor (Façade Experience)

Here at Keyman we are recruiting for a Quanity Survey with Facade project experience.

Full Details

• Take full commercial ownership of two concurrent projects (£10m+ each).
• Train Junior Quantity Surveyors
• Manage cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including negotiation and contract administration.
• Support project teams with commercial and contractual guidance (JCT / NEC).
• Maintain accurate financial reporting for internal and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company and client procedures at all stages.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the façades / cladding / re-cladding sector (essential).
• Proven experience working for a specialist building envelope or façade contractor.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience on projects £10m+ in value.
• Strong contractual knowledge (JCT and/or NEC).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Relevant degree or HNC/D in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
