Project Quantity Surveyor

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a busy, progressive, and growing construction business.

The business:

Our client is a highly successful Contractor, providing a full range of construction services for Retail, Commercial, Leisure and Residential clients, including new builds, fit outs and full refurbishments.

Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured work they are now seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly team based in South Yorkshire.

The Role:

As Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with the company s Commercial Director, and their established commercial team, with responsibility for quantity surveying duties on allocated projects up to £10m in value.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a Main Contracting or Fit Out environment
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
