You should also have: • Experience across a mixture of internal packages, including dry lining, partitions, flooring and decorating • A strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and trade interfaces • The ability to interpret drawings, specifications and scopes of work • Good measurement, pricing and numerical skills • Strong knowledge of Excel and other standard Microsoft Office programs • Confident communication and subcontractor negotiation skills • Experience using take-off or estimating software would be advantageous Applications are welcomed from experienced Estimators, Quantity Surveyors with strong tendering experience and Project Managers who have commercially managed refurbishment or fit-out projects throughout their lifecycle.
