Groundworker / Maintenance

Job Description:

IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a Groundworker to work for our client based in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Groundworker to carry our maintenance on an estate.

The Role:

• Relaying paths
• Re laying/Forming Steps
• Building retaining walls
• Bricking up coal houses
• Digging up and relaying domestic drainage and clearing blocked drains
• Underpinning
• Plus assisting with the general maintenance on residential properties

Candidate Requirements

• Groundwork experience
• Experienced digging up and relaying domestic drainage
• Full UK Drivers Licence

Hours and Pay

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm / 1 hour lunch

Up to 35,000 annually dependant on experience

Temp to Perm Position

Company pension after 13 weeks
