Class 2F+ Registered Building Control Surveyor - Contract
Sarto Thomas are currently partnering with a London-based authority to appoint a NEW contract opportunity within Building Control. This role would suit an experienced Class 2F+ RBI looking to join a stable, well-structured team with a strong pipeline of work.
The initial contract is 6 months, with a high likelihood of extension due to ongoing projects and the current market.

Rate: £77 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of Building Control projects

Carrying out site inspections and plan checking

Producing clear and accurate site reports

Working with internal teams and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required:

Class 2F+ registration with the BSR (essential)

LABC experience (desirable)

Chartered membership (RICS, CIOB, CABE or equivalent desirable)

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
