The Associate Director will take responsibility for overseeing multiple projects across the education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, ensuring robust cost management, driving value, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Associate Director - Key Responsibilities

• Deliver cost consultancy services across a range of capital projects
• Lead pre and post contract duties including cost planning, tendering, and final accounts
• Drive procurement strategy and provide commercial guidance to clients
• Manage client relationships and support business development efforts
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members
• Ensure projects are delivered to high standards, on time and within budget

Associate Director - Candidate Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field
• MRICS status essential
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a consultancy
• Broad sector experience including education, healthcare (essential), or commercial preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and confident client communication
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering multiple concurrent projects

• Salary of 85,000 - 95,000 depending on experience
