Rate: 156 per day (CIS)
Times: 07:30-16:30
Start Date: 5th January

We are looking for an experienced Ganger / Working Ganger to join a large civils / highways project in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, working alongside the gang while overseeing daily site activities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and working alongside a small site team

• Ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently

• Coordinating daily tasks and site activities

• Communicating effectively with site management

Requirements:

• SSSTS/Valid CSCS Card

• Proven Ganger experience

• Strong civils / highways background

• Good communication and team leadership skills
