Labourers Required For January 2026 Starts

Location: Driffield / Must drive due to location.

PAY: £ 12.58 per hour, with overtime of £15.72 per hour after 39 hours.

About the role

You will be cleaning and stripping Modular Units to be refurbished in the production area.

The main duties will be:

• Assist with loading and unloading of construction materials
• Help other trades complete all aspects of Modular joinery tasks
• Cleaning Modular Units
• Clean and maintain a safe working area
• Perform physical labour duties
• Pressure Washing Modular Units
• Stripping Modular Units ready for Production area

Qualifications/and or Experience

• Ideally construction labouring experience
• Ideally NVQ level 1 in construction practice or equivalent
• Strong Attention to Detail
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Can work as part of a team.
• Can work if needed alone and unsupervised.
• Ideally Modular Construction Experience
• Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
• Be able to commute to Driffield area
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
