I m working with a well-established scaffolding and construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Scaffolding Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid scaffolding background who has progressed through the ranks and is now confident leading projects from pre-construction through to successful delivery.
The Role:
As the Scaffolding Contracts Manager, you ll take ownership of multiple residential and commercial scaffolding contracts, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and profitably. You ll be involved from the early stages pricing, planning, and liaising with clients right through to final handover.
Key Responsibilities as a Scaffolding Contracts Manager:
Oversee the full lifecycle of scaffolding projects across residential and commercial sectors
Handle pre-construction duties including pricing, tender support, and planning
Ensure high-quality delivery on site, with a strong focus on health & safety and compliance
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel
Maintain accurate reporting and communicate directly with senior leadership
Identify and win new business opportunities, supporting ongoing growth
Strengthen client relationships and ensure repeat work through excellent service
Drive efficiencies and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
About You as a Scaffolding Contracts Manager:
Strong background in scaffolding ideally someone who has worked their way up within the industry
Proven experience managing scaffolding contracts from pricing through to delivery
Comfortable working in both office and site environments
Good commercial awareness and the ability to bring in new work
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Up-to-date understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance
