An established, employee-owned manufacturer and installer of high-quality stone worktops is looking for an experienced Lead Installer to join their friendly and professional team based in South Devon.

Key Responsibilities as a Lead Installer:

• Lead and carry out installations of granite, quartz, and sintered stone worktops to the highest standards.

• Act as the company s representative on site professional, courteous, and customer-focused.

• Deliver exceptional workmanship and ensure every job meets exacting standards.

• Support and mentor junior installers or apprentices.

• Liaise with workshop and logistics teams to maintain smooth project delivery.

• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent condition.

• Follow all relevant health and safety procedures on site.

What You ll Need as a Lead Installer:

• Proven experience fitting stone worktops or similar precision products.

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.

• Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements.

• Confident communicating with customers in their homes or on site.

• Full UK driving licence (required).

• CSCS card (preferred).

• Experience leading a small team or mentoring others would be an advantage.
