This is a *England* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Consulting company working on *providing high-level technical expertise and ensuring that building works comply fully with Building Regulations.*

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Principal Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A-F/Class 3) to join their team on a hybrid contract basis. This role involves providing high-level technical expertise and ensuring that building works comply fully with Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Building Inspector, you will:

• Hold at least Class 2A-F competency.

• Provide expert technical advice on building control matters.

• Inspect building works at all stages, including detailed checks of work in progress, plan assessments, and final inspections to ensure full compliance with Building Regulations.

• Manage an appropriate application caseload efficiently.

• Collaborate with internal departments and/or other RBIs to ensure compliance on client projects as required.

• Assist and deputise for the Team Manager when necessary.

• Attend the office at least two days per week or as required by the client.
