Site agent - Barao

Kennet Solutions are supporting a subcontractor on a project in Chelmsford, to find either a Project Manager or Site Agent.

This is a 6 month freelance position, outside IR35.

You will be working on a Highways project involving S278 works, drainage & kerbing as part of a larger new access road.

What is required:

• The role would involve writing & producing the RAM s
• Managing packages of work and 2 gangs (7 guys in total)
• Liaising with the main contractor as well as other sub-contractors on site to ensure there are no delays
• Reading & interpreting drawings
• General commercial awareness related to NEC Contracts - EWN's, Change management
• Programme meeting with client every Monday
• Agreeing H&S
• Managing all compliance & CDM regulations
• Supporting the foreman with the ordering of materials
• Involved in measures, record taking and producing a diary
• Programming system used would be procore experience of this would be advantageous
