This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Divisional Managing Director, and working closely with Heads of Delivery and Sales to ensure the business has the capability, controls, and performance frameworks needed to deliver operational commitments, meet budgets, and support long-term growth. The Role You will take ownership of operational governance, performance management, and resource strategy, ensuring the organisation operates efficiently, compliantly, and at scale.
