Prepare comprehensive cost advice in line with RICS guidance including: Order of cost estimates Viability reports Formal cost plans Cash-flow forecasts Life cycle and whole life cost assessments Document handling and control to ensure full QA compliance. Oversee contracts, tender documentation, and procurement processes.
