Trainee Site Manager

Our client is looking for a trainee site manager to join their construction team in early spring.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of busy residential building sites.

• Monitor subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to required standards.

• Assist with quality checks, site inspections, and health & safety compliance.

• Help coordinate materials, logistics, and site documentation.

• Learn and apply construction processes, building regulations, and company procedures.

• Contribute to delivering high-quality homes and excellent customer satisfaction.

Must haves:

• Previous on site experience would be preferred.
• Full UK driving licence
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
• Strong communication and organnisation skills.
