Overview
A1 Jobs are seeking a physically capable Labourer to join our clients team.

Duties

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Preparing work areas by clearing debris and ensuring safety standards are maintained
• Supporting the movement of goods and supplies around the site using appropriate manual handling techniques
• Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work zones to promote safety and efficiency
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during daily operations

Experience

• Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a construction or industrial environment is desirable but not mandatory

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to gain practical experience in a hands-on environment. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
