Follow detailed plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction of scaffolding systems. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers, and electricians to facilitate smooth workflow. Maintain a clean work environment by organising tools and disposing of debris appropriately. Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on site. Assist in the transportation of materials and equipment around the site as required. Qualifications Proven experience in scaffolding or related construction roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, fabrication, or similar trades is advantageous. Physical fitness and stamina to work in demanding environments for extended periods. Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately.
