What You'll Do As a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer, you'll lead the design and delivery of engineering solutions across the full project lifecycle - from concept development to construction. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Leading civil and structural design activities for complex infrastructure projects. Preparing technical documentation and safety case inputs. Supporting nuclear licencing and regulatory processes. Mentoring junior engineers and reviewing technical deliverables. Engaging with clients, regulators, and project partners. Ensuring compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards. What We're Looking For We welcome applications from experienced engineers with a passion for innovation and collaboration. Ideal candidates will have: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (MEng, MSc, BEng, BSc). Chartered or near-chartered status (support provided). Experience in regulated industries such as nuclear, energy, or infrastructure. Strong knowledge of design standards (ACI, ASCE, AISC). Proficiency in finite element modelling and BIM tools.
