Panoramic Associates is currently working with a public-sector client to appoint an experienced Programme Planning Consultant to lead structured programme planning for a major highways transformation programme and wider Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) agenda.
Build and manage a full Microsoft Project master schedule.
Develop structured, dependency-driven programme plans and identify critical paths.
Lead transition sequencing and integration planning across multiple services.
Translate service-level inputs into coherent, centralised programme plans.
Map resources, risks, dependencies, and alternative delivery scenarios.
Provide milestone-driven planning assurance to senior stakeholders.
Expert-level MS Project capability.
Proven experience developing structured, dependency-based programme plans.
Background in complex programmes-public sector, infrastructure, or transformation preferred.
Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations and coach teams with varying programme maturity.
Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
This is an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension. The role requires 2-3 days per week onsite, with the remainder remote.
