Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include: Working on the day to day administration of the commercial and financial parts of each project Supporting the Project Management Teams with commercial enquiries Preparing cost and value reporting Manage the procurement process including all labour, plant and materials Cost control Cash collection Subcontract management from procurement through to settlement of accountQuantity Surveyors considering this position will need to have previously worked for a main contractor or specialist subcontractor working on utilities, civil engineering or similar infrastructure projects. You'll need to have an understanding of the NEC suite of contracts, good communication skills and be happy to work across the region as required.
