As the Site Manager, you will support the Project Manager in the daily running of a high quality residential development. The successful candidate will ideally evolved from a trades background progressing into a Site Manager within the new build housing sector, and must have a proven track record of delivering luxury new build dwellings, working as a site manager for a minimum of 4-5 years, you must possess a valid SMSTS qualification along with CSCS card, first aid and any other industry relevant certifications would be advantageous. This position would either cater for a candidate looking for temporary to permanent position or straight permanent opportunity.
