Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical design from concept to completion for a variety of projects.
Produce design drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and load calculations.
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, BS standards, and CIBSE guidance.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting their professional growth.
Attend site visits, client meetings, and liaise with statutory bodies.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and tender documentation.
Support feasibility studies, energy assessments, and sustainable design initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
Proven senior-level experience in building services electrical design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and electrical design/calculation tools.
Strong knowledge of UK wiring regulations, BS standards, and CIBSE guidance.
Leadership experience with excellent mentoring, communication, and teamwork skills.
