Quantity Surveyor – Construction Consultancy Quantity Surveyor is required by a London based construction consultancy to work on a mixture of building projects in and round the capital in a client facing role. Location: London (W1) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Quantity Surveyor job details: This company is a well known and respected London based Construction Consultancy who works on a range of high-end building construction projects. They work in commercial, high-end residential, large retail, and mix used schemes. They are currently in a period of growth and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to help deliver these projects in a client facing role. You will be a Quantity Surveyor with a few years experience. You might be completing your APC or you might be recently chartered but in either case you will need to be able to run smaller projects. As the Quantity Surveyor you will need to have a good solid grounding in cost management and have had some client contact albeit maybe with a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate leading the meetings. You will be commercially aware and want to work for a dynamic construction consultancy in the heart of west central London.
