Responsibilities

- Implement a comprehensive and integrated Project Valuation Programme to ensure commercial success.

- Manage feasibility studies and estimate materials, time, and labor costs to deliver optimal solutions.

- Take ownership of cost management throughout all stages of the project, from inception to financial closure.

- Prepare and monitor cash flow, monthly cost reports, and client payment applications.

- Handle the procurement of subcontractor packages and oversee contract administration to protect project interests.

- Monitor variations and claims, ensuring accurate documentation for extensions of time and expense claims.

Qualifications

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum of 5 years experience, ideally in the residential M&E sector.

- Strong ability to review technical drawings for valuations and take-offs.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in commercial or residential projects.
