Job Title: Snagger / Light Finishing Operative
Location: Wigan
Rate: 18 - 19 CIS
Duration: 2-3 days work (ASAP start)

We are currently seeking a Snagger / Light Finishing Operative to assist on a project in Wigan. This is a short-term role to help us get through a small backlog of properties. You will be completing light finishing tasks and ensuring kitchens are clean, sealed, and ready for client handover. The successful candidate will be the last operative on site before handover, so a high standard of presentation and attention to detail is essential.

• Experience in snagging or light finishing work within residential properties

• Ability to fit blinds, install small shelves, and carry out basic sealing of floors and worktops

• Strong attention to detail and ability to leave an area neat, clean, and handover-ready

• Valid Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, and Manual Handling certificates

• Current DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)

• Ability to work independently and follow site safety procedures

• Own basic tools and transport
