Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead and organize our team effectively in delivering high-quality road testing projects. The ideal candidate will bring prior leadership experience, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organise the team in conjunction with the Roadtechs supervisor to ensure road testing is completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the supervisor to verify that all measurements and paperwork are accurate and completed timely.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, members of the public, and traffic management, representing the company professionally on-site.
  • Direct team activities between jobs, including re-loading materials, cleaning vehicles, and ensuring timely travel to the next job site.
  • Record and report any issues, absences, or accidents to the supervisor and/or head office.
  • Maintain adherence to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Ensure all team members uphold a can-do attitude, fostering a teachable and proactive work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior position or leadership role within the construction or roadwork field.
  • First aid certification is required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid CSCS cartificate
  • Ability to work independently while being a committed team player.
  • Motivation to perform all tasks correctly, consistently, and with pride.
