Supervise direction of the project on site, working to client requirements and the highest standards.
Ensure day to day operations run smoothly and that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are hit.
Ensure deadlines are hit in line with the programme.

The demolition operatives will be required to help demolish a pharmaceutical plant.
In the plant they manufactured penicillin so all workers will be required to wear hazard suits and face masks at all times.

Ensure accurate work records are completed fully and signed by site operatives including a detailed record of items used.
This role would be ideally suited to a Plant Fitter, Mechanic or Service Engineer who has worked on plant equipment and has excellent diesel and petrol engine experience as well as a good mechanical equipment background. Equally a strong background with Tool Hire equipment would be considered also.
