Freelance Site Manager - Demolition / Civils work

My client are a Regional Main Contractor who specialise in healthcare and commercial new build / refurb projects across the South East. We're actively looking for a Site Manager to look after a Demolition & Groundworks project in Oxford for a public sector site. Supervise direction of the project on site, working to client requirements and the highest standards. Ensure day to day operations run smoothly and that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are hit. Ensure deadlines are hit in line with the programme. Morning briefs, toolbox talks, Friday packs, progress meetings. Ensure all health & safety procedures are enforced and being responsible for health & safety on site. Supervise all site operatives and sub-contractors. Manage site resources and plant accordingly.
