Mechanical Foreman

Location: HMP Lincoln

Start Date: 08/12/2025

Duration: Until March 2026 (with potential extension to December 2026)

Pay Rate: £21.04 per hour (hours worked above 37.5 paid at x1.5)

Daily Bonus: £10 per day

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30

Friday: 07:30 - 14:00

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our team at HMP Lincoln. The successful candidate will oversee mechanical works on site, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Requirements:

Valid CSCS card

SSSTS certification

Prison Clearance preferred
