Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman on wastewater or water treatment projects. Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and infrastructure. Experience in civil, mechanical, or MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation) works. Relevant qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ/HNC/HND or equivalent). Valid CSCS card (Supervisor/Manager level). SSSTS or SMSTS certification. First Aid at Work certification (preferred or required depending on employer). Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent knowledge of site health & safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good communication and reporting skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
