As the team continues to grow, they are excited to expand their expertise across a range of impactful Healthcare projects, forging strong collaborations with NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, and specialist medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Assist in the development of healthcare design concepts and detailed technical drawings.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualisations tailored to clinical and patient-led environments.
• Support the preparation of planning applications, healthcare compliance documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure project delivery aligns with healthcare standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project reviews with healthcare stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation of presentations, reports, and design documentation.
• Conduct research into healthcare materials, medical equipment integration, and sector-specific design trends.

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Proficiency in design software such as Revit.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning policies, and healthcare-specific standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A genuine interest in sustainable and patient-centred healthcare design.
