Location: Sutton, Surrey
Salary: 75k - 80k
Hours: Full-time

Holiday: 21 days + Bank Holidays

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong commercial/educational background. This role involves managing costs and contracts across a variety of projects, including new builds and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Managing project finances and monitoring costs throughout the build
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements
• Working closely with project managers and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

What we're looking for:

• Approximately 20 years' experience in quantity surveying
• Proven commercial background with strong cost control skills
• Experience in new build and refurbishment projects
• Solid understanding and practical experience with JCT contracts
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software
