Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end residential refurbishment within a Grade II listed building in Marylebone. The role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent coordination skills, and solid experience delivering premium finish packages and heritage-sensitive works.
This is a long-term position offering continuity and a chance to work on a prestigious, design-led refurbishment project with a high-profile client team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations on a live high-end residential refurbishment.
Coordinate trades across structural, architectural, and specialist fit-out packages.
Ensure strict compliance with heritage and conservation requirements.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery.
Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inductions.
Manage sequencing, logistics, and site organisation.
Liaise with the client, architects, conservation specialists, and subcontractors.
Oversee snagging, QA, and sign-off procedures.
Ensure works are completed to super-prime finish levels.
Maintain site paperwork, reports, and health & safety documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential refurbishment projects.
Experience working on Grade I/II listed or conservation-led buildings.
Strong understanding of premium finishes, craftsmanship, and heritage details.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors effectively and drive quality.
Ability to work independently and manage a meticulous, detail-oriented project.
