This is a long-term, site-based role focused primarily on as-built documentation and O&M manual production within a large project office environment. Candidates will need to have proven experience in civils on residential developments as works include drainage/sewers. Will also be expected to fully compliant in H&S and admin along with being able to work with the existing team & contractors. This role is to start at the beginning of August with a time frame of 18 months. Rates for the role are completely negotiable depending on experience. Will be expected to live within a 30-mile radius of the project.
