We are looking for an experienced M&E Manager to manage the mechanical and electrical packages on a student accommodation development in Ealing. You will be responsible for coordinating the M&E works from design and installation through to testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors on site. Coordinate M&E works with the construction, design and fit-out teams. Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions. Manage RFIs and resolve design and coordination issues. Monitor M&E progress against the construction programme. Oversee quality inspections, benchmarks, snagging and close-out. Ensure works comply with relevant specifications, Building Regulations and H&S requirements. Manage testing and commissioning of M&E systems. Coordinate O&M manuals, as-built information and handover documentation. Report progress, risks and key issues to the Project Manager/Director. Experience Required: Previous experience as an M&E/MEP Manager on student accommodation, residential, hotel or similar projects. Strong mechanical and electrical building services knowledge. Experience managing M&E subcontractors through installation and commissioning. Good understanding of construction sequencing and M&E coordination. Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. SMSTS and relevant CSCS qualification preferred.
